➤ 1/2 cup unsalted butter
➤ 4 cloves garlic, minced
➤ Extra virgin olive oil
➤ 1 tbsp cajun spice (optional)
➤ 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
➤ 1 tbsp lemon juice from 1/2 medium lemon
➤ 2 lbs uncooked large shrimp 21-25 count, peeled and deveined
➤ 12 medium wooden skewers
➤ 1 teaspoon minced chives for garnish

1. Soak in water: Soak wooden or bamboo skewers in the water, about 30 min before grilling, to reduces all burning or another particle of the sticks.
2. Preheat the grill: Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
3. Mix all ingredients: All the ingredients are mix together and stir in a small saucepan for few minutes and remove from the heat, set aside. You will now brush in half and brush the remaining marinade after frying or grilled the shrimp.
4. Place the shrimp on the skewers: Put the shrimp into the soak skewers, start from the tail of the shrimp and push the skewers to the middle and end of the shrimp, without any space. You can set the shrimp 4 or 5 in a skewer.
5. Keep the shrimp skewers in freeze: Place all the skewers with shrimp over the rimmed sheet and keep those flat. Brush the sauce over one side of the skewers shrimps which made before (remember) and keep it in the freezer for 2 min and again the another side brush as well the same process and let wait for 2 minutes in freeze.
6. Grill the shrimp: Now it’s time to grill the skewers of the shrimp, first one side put on the grill when it’s turned into reddish-pink or cooked well and same process do another side also. Don’t overcook or it will be so hard or like rubbery.
7. Serve: At the last, the remaining sauce brush over the well-cooked skewers shrimps and you can find the great flavor of a single bite.

⇒Put the shrimp in the pre-soaked skewers and preheat the grill.
⇒Brush the shrimps with olive oil and some pinch of salt spread over.
